tesa® 50777 is a flexible, high-temperature-resistant PVC fineline masking tape featuring an acrylic adhesive. Designed specifically for precision masking applications in the automotive industry, it excels in two-tone painting processes. The soft and flexible PVC backing allows for accurate masking in tight curves, such as around rear door areas. Additionally, the tape offers easy unwinding, facilitating smooth manual or semi-automatic applications. Withstanding temperatures up to 160 °C, tesa® 50777 is suitable for most paint shop oven conditions.
