tesa® 51108 is a high-quality polyester (PET) masking film engineered for applications requiring high-temperature resistance. Combining a thin PET backing with a thermosetting adhesive, this tape delivers optimal performance in precision painting tasks, particularly in the automotive industry. Withstanding temperatures up to 150 °C for one hour and offering high tensile strength, tesa® 51108 is ideal for two-tone painting on car bodies or bumpers, especially when long, straight lines are needed. Additionally, its thinness of just 54 µm ensures exceptionally sharp paint edges.
