Die-cutting and punching is just one of our production departments – but the most versatile and extensive. Every product that is created in our company is an individual solution to a customer’s needs – which is why we carry out orders and projects for die-cut products with special care and attention to detail. Customised die-cutting tools for a wide range of applications

We are aware that standard single-sided or double-sided adhesive tapes from Tesa, 3M or other brands available in our shop do not always meet specific requirements. Because they are universal products with predetermined parameters, just like any self-adhesive velcro or felt on offer, the tapes are often not suitable for the item or surface in question. Since it is pointless to cut them to size every time, it is worth ordering customised die-cutters from our company. Their parameters can be selected precisely for the intended use, which speeds up work with them and makes them more precise.

Circles, rectangles, triangles or other special patterns prepared according to customer requirements are just some examples of the forms that our die-cutting machines can take, including adhesive tapes. Their popularity is primarily determined by their versatility of use allowing them to be used for a variety of purposes and as part of many jobs. Depending on requirements, they can be used as blanking, sealing or decorative elements, among others.

Masking tape die-cuts

Masking tape die-cuts are used for masking and surface protection in painting, varnishing and other surface coating processes. They are available from a variety of raw materials including Tesa or 3M – in the form of die-cut blanks on a roll or large-area sheets.

Single-sided tape die-cuts

Single-sided tape die-cuts are a wide range of products for many applications – from surface protection capabilities, hole masking, temporary fixing, security. It is a wide range of single-sided self-adhesive products with paper, textile or film backing.

Double-sided tape die-cuts

Double-sided tape die-cuts are versatile products primarily for fastening and assembly. They are widely used in the automotive, printing, advertising and other industrial sectors. A whole range of double-sided adhesive products are available for production.

Adhesive felt die-cuts

Adhesive felt die-cuts are not only sliding elements in furniture. They are often used in the automotive industry to dampen vibrations and noise between plastic components. We produce felt blanks in various thicknesses (from 1 to 10mm) and with different self-adhesive layers.

Industrial Velcro die-cuts

We produce customized blanks of industrial Velcro of Gottlieb Binder GmbH from selected products such as Klettostar, Duotec, Midi-Duotec or other available products from the full range of our long-term partner. We also produce standard solutions, which are Klettostar Velcro wheels.

Retroreflective film die-cuts

ORAFOL microprismatic and prismatic films are ideal for vehicle wrapping. The variety of applications requires individual solutions. We enable high volume as well as batch production of special reflective elements.

Mylar-A die-cuts

MYLAR-A insulating film is used primarily in the energy and electrical engineering sectors. Its properties and UL certification underline this versatility. MYLAR-A can be processed by die-cutting, plotting or laser cutting. Parts can reach a maximum size of 2000mm x 3000mm.

Formex die-cuts

FORMEX insulating film is a polypropylene film with excellent insulation and construction properties. Its parameters enable it to be cut and folded into required shapes. FORMEX film has a UL certificate. FORMEX can be processed by die-cutting, plotting or laser cutting. Details can reach a maximum size of 2000mm x 3000mm.

3M tape die-cuts

Based on 3M brand products, whether single-sided tapes or double-sided tapes, we are able to create die-cut blanks, knife-cut details and laser parts. No shape is impossible. Die-cuts can be die-cut on a roll – with or without Fingerlift – as well as in the form of Sheets or individual parts.

Tesa tape die-cuts

From the tesa tape product range, we use and stand by all products. We produce die-cuts from tesa tape – single-sided and double-sided. We are able to create die-cut blanks, knife-cut details and laser elements. No shape is impossible. Die-cuts can be die-cut on a roll – with or without Fingerlift – as well as in the form of Sheets or individual parts.

Self-adhesive rings

The self-adhesive rings we produce are used for closing packaging – permanently or removably. Various diameters – perforations – various adhesive strengths – several product variants to choose from. The self-adhesive rings are manufactured from transparent film that does not obscure the packaging print.

Marking points

Marking points or marking circles manufactured by EKO-TECH are the ideal product for marking and sticking transport or product labels on KLT containers and containers.

Velcro circles

We manufacture Velcro circles from various Gottlieb Binder Velcro – Klettostar, Duotec, Midi-Duotec and others. Velcro circles are available with a variety of adhesives to choose from – depending on the application, surface and technical requirements. Depending on the Velcro chosen, we produce Velcro circles with a maximum diameter of 1400mm.

The die-cuts in our range are made from materials such as felt, Velcro, foil or 3M adhesive tape or other brands. Their application is practically unlimited – they can be successfully used, among other things, for the production of various types of products, e.g. printing products, as furniture pads, wardrobe elements or as a method of joining various types of components.
