PORON^® by ROGERS are Microcellular Polyurethanes for sealing and insulating applications. These foams can be used in electronics, automotive and other industrial applications.

PORON^® – 4701-15

PORON^® 4701-15 soft seal series provides enhanced surface toughness and reliable, durable materials for use in thinner designs. Designed for superior dust sealing at 6lb/ft3, the PORON^® 4701-15 soft seal series is the lowest density offering in the PORON^® product line.

PORON® – 4701-30

The very soft PORON^® 4701-30 polyurethane foam is ideal in applications where flexibility is a key requirement. PORON^® 4701-30 foam material maintains its integrity and effectiveness in gap filling, gasketing and vibration isolation applications.

PORON® – 4701-37

PORON^® AquaPro Series Polyurethanes deliver long term performance. PORON^® AquaPro® 4701-37 and PORON^® AquaPro^® 4701-37 thin foam provide various thicknesses of enhanced water protection. PORON^® AquaPro^® 4701-41 foam offers greater closed-cell content for demanding vacuum sealing applications or low closure-force requirements.

PORON® – 4701-50

PORON 4701-50 materials are firm with excellent compression set resistance, providing shock and impact management. PORON^® – 4701-60

PORON 4701-60 polyurethanes have excellent compression set resistance, ensuring long-term consistency in gap filling, gasketing and sealing applications. The firm nature of PORON 4701-60 foam makes it excellent for use in applications that may be subject to extreme environments, including heat, vibration, dust, dirt and shock.

PORON^® 4701-V0-M

PORON^® V-0 foam has been specifically formulated to meet all requirements under UL94 V-0 flammability rating. Particularly in the HEV market, this material offers advanced sealing capabilities while meeting rigorous specifications with passenger safety in mind.

PORON® – 4790-79

PORON^® 4790-79 display back pad foam is a thin material that allows for excellent energy management. By absorbing and distributing impact energy, this firm foam prevents cracks in displays.

PORON® – 4790-92

PORON^® 4790-92 polyurethane foam provides excellent protection for lower energy impacts. Softer and with a slow rebound, the material is conformable yet returns to its original shape, allowing for long-term performance.

We can also make all PORON^® foams in self-adhesive version. We leave most of our self-adhesive materials such as 3M 467 film, 3M 468, tesa self-adhesive materials, UL flame retardant adhesives and others to our customers’ choice.
