Formex® polypropylene and polycarbonate insulating material provides excellent electrical shielding for industrial and consumer electronics. It is also useful as a thermal and electrical barrier material. Formex® materials are available in sheet and roll form or can be manufactured in a wide range of shapes to meet flammability and dielectric requirements for a variety of applications.

Formex® GK
Formex® GK is a type of material mainly used in the electrical and electronic industries as electrical insulation. This material is manufactured by ITW Formex®. Formex® GK is a thermoplastic polyethylene material that is flame retardant, flexible, yet strong.
Formex® GK material is used for various applications such as:
- Electrical Insulation: Formex® GK is used as an insulator in transformers, power supplies, relays and other electrical equipment.
- Structural components: Due to its properties, Formex® GK can be used as a structural element in electronic enclosures and as shields and separators.

Formex® GS
Formex® GS is a polyethylene-based thermoplastic material produced by ITW Formex. It is widely used in the electronics and electrical industry as electrical insulation and thermal barrier. Like Formex® GK, Formex® GS is characterized by its flame retardancy, flexibility and strength.
Formex® GS has many applications, such as:
- Electrical Insulation: Used as an insulator in power supplies, transformers, relays and other electrical equipment.

We offer Formex® in the form of sheets, cut pieces, rolls, self-adhesive. We also use UL-listed raw materials such as 3M 467 to produce Formex® in self-adhesive version The most important advantages of Formex® raw material
