We manufacture technical insulation from MYLAR-A or FORMEX insulating film

We process insulators in the form of solid silicone and also GAP Filler thermal insulators. Each of the products on offer meets the specific technical requirements of the application. From thin MYLAR-A films in a thickness of 0.05mm to thick insulators in the form of GAP Filler and a thickness of up to 7mm.

Our products can be made and processed as follows:

In the form of rolls and strips in defined widths and lengths
Self-adhesive, in sheets and strips in defined widths and lengths
Cut to shape and form, also slit to enable and facilitate folding
Combination of different materials with different properties, e.g. MYLAR-A film with PORON foam

Supplementing the basic insulation products are electrical insulating tapes – single-sided and double-sided – from 3M and tesa. We cut these tapes into rolls of a specified width – and also cut them to shape according to drawing. Most of our products meet the stringent UL flame retardant standards.

Formex® polypropylene and polycarbonate insulating materials provide excellent electrical shielding for industrial and consumer electronics.

MIKA

Mica is a natural mineral known for its ability to easily disintegrate into thin, flexible sheets. Mica belongs to a group of minerals with similar physical and chemical properties.

EPGC-202 Epoxy glass

TSE glass-epoxy panels (EPGC) are composite materials that mainly consist of fiberglass (as reinforcement) and epoxy resin (as matrix).

PP Insulation Film

EkoShield™ is our own flame‑retardant polypropylene (PP) electrical‑insulation material developed for projects that demand solid safety and value, not aerospace pricing.
