Product Description:

tesa® 54657 die-cutters are manufactured from high-quality fabric coated with a natural rubber adhesive compound. This product, optimized for the requirements of the automotive industry, is designed for covering holes that require excellent sealing combined with very good flexibility and temperature resistance.

Main applications:

tesa® 54657 is suitable for a variety of applications in covering holes in the automotive manufacturing process.
Example applications:
- After plating, when good compatibility between UBC (PVC) and sealant is required, e.g., floor pan, wheel recesses, engine compartment
- Before painting, when good compatibility with paint is essential
- On the assembly line, for sealing external holes in any part of the body, e.g. pillars, rocker, front/rear floor
