tesa® 52105 – High-Performance Transfer Tape for Lamination and Converting Applications

tesa® 52105 is a versatile, conformable transfer tape featuring a water-based acrylic adhesive and a thickness of 50 µm. With exceptional bonding strength on a wide variety of substrates, it is ideal for lamination, converting, and interior applications, such as those in the automotive industry.

This eco-friendly transfer tape is classified as ultra-low VOC, meeting stringent interior air quality standards. Its ability to resist temperatures up to 180°C, combined with high initial tack and peel adhesion, makes it a reliable choice for demanding industrial uses. tesa® 52105 is also highly conformable, making it suitable for bonding even on complex 3D surfaces. tesa® 52105 is available in customizable lengths and widths to match the efficiency requirements of your applications. For thicker adhesive needs, the 100 µm version (tesa® 52110) is also available.
