Thermal conductive tape 3M 8926
For a variety of joining and bonding tasks in electronics, we offer 3M’s proven solutions. 3M 8926 thermally conductive tape is a double-sided adhesive product with excellent thermally conductive properties (>1.5W/m-K).
In addition, the adhesive in the 3M 8926 product series (0.2mm, 0.25mm, 0.5mm) exhibits above-average adhesion to a wide variety of materials. The tape is constructed with a thin PET carrier and a double-sided acrylic adhesive layer.
