Its thick velour backing, combined with an acrylic adhesive, ensures superior noise damping and high abrasion resistance, making it ideal for reducing cabin noise and protecting wiring harnesses. With a stable unwind force, tesa® 51626 allows for easy and consistent application, ensuring long-lasting performance even under challenging conditions. It withstands temperatures up to 105°C for 3000 hours and remains effective in temperatures as low as -40°C, demonstrating excellent ageing resistance and cable compatibility.
