tesa® 49652 High Transparency is a highly transparent, double-sided industrial mounting tape designed to meet the highest demands in industrial applications. With a biomass-balanced adhesive and a 90% post-consumer recycled (PCR) PET backing, this tape offers exceptional clarity and environmental sustainability. It is part of the renowned tesa® Team 4965 assortment, recognized for its innovative adhesive technology.
This tape is engineered for applications requiring visual inspection or a crystal-clear bond, such as glass-to-glass bonding or laminating card layers. Its tackified acrylic adhesive provides strong adhesion on various surfaces, including low surface energy (LSE) materials, and ensures excellent shear strength and durability. It withstands demanding environmental factors such as humidity, UV light, and temperatures up to 200°C for short periods, making it ideal for critical applications across industries.
