Automotive interior surface protection and masking tape

Product Description:

tesa® 7133 is a self-adhesive polypropylene tape with a natural rubber adhesive.
tesa® 7133 can also be used as a temporary and removable interior surface protection tape without UV resistance. For this application the target substrates are glass surfaces and high energy plastic parts, such as PC or ABS.

Main features:

Thin backing with a temperature resistance up to 120°C/1h
Non-conformable PP backing for straight line applications
Natural adhesive that works on glass and high surface energy plastic parts
The thin 80 µm backing allows the creation of thin paint split lines.
With a temperature resistance of up to 120°C, tesa® 7133 can be used in masking applications with a low- to medium-temperature exposure.

Application Fields:

tesa® 7133 is suitable for various types of masking and temporary interior surface protection applications.
Example applications are:
- Straight line masking during multicolor painting at low to medium temperatures
- Temporary protection against dirt and damage of painted and unpainted plastic parts (ABS, PC, PMMA)
