PP packaging tapes
PP Solvent packaging tape is manufactured at EKO-TECH from the best selected raw materials. Proven and long-standing suppliers provide us with raw materials of the highest quality. For production we use PP films with SOLVENT adhesive of 25mic, 28mic and 32mic thickness, which gives the following thicknesses with adhesive, 42mic, 44mic, 50mic respectively.
We specialize in the production of PP tape with a width of 48mm and various standard and special lengths. Standard lengths are 54m, 60m, 66m, 132m, 330m and 850m. On special order we can produce any length from 1mb to 1000mb (maximum length depends on the outer diameter of the roll).
For our customers we can produce tape with the so-called private label
– including sleeves with the customer’s logo, cardboard packaging according to the customer’s design and much more.
PVC packaging tapes
On the modern machines of our machine park we make PVC tape – with application primarily in packaging. Any size of tape is possible – from a width of 5mm to even 1700mm – in any configuration of width – length.
The most important advantages of PVC tape are definitely higher resistance to tearing – compared to standard PP tape. In addition, PVC packaging tape has properties like moisture resistance and its stretchability is limited. PVC tape is also manually rippable – which makes it easier to use.
Allows the production of PVC tape in the so-called private label option.
