How can I improve the adhesion of the tape on difficult surfaces?

For the best adhesion:

Thoroughly clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol.
Use 3M™ Primer 94 on low surface energy (LSE) plastics and powder-coated materials to enhance bonding.
