X-TREME Pro e-commerce

Ideal for companies working in the packaging and e-commerce packaging sector for the application of one or two double-sided adhesive tapes + tear tapes at the same time to allow closing/opening/reclosing.

X-TREME Pro e-commerce can apply double-sided adhesive tape to die-cut stretched or corrugated cardboard packaging with a maximum width of 1600mm and a maximum thickness of 15mm.

X-TREME Pro e-commerce lets you install up to 2 applicators of your choice between 60 and 100mm + an additional 4 applicators (30, 60 or 100mm), which are individually controlled on a touchscreen to allow for greater flexibility in each process.

The patented applicator applies 2 strips of double-sided adhesive + tear tape (via a motorised unwinder) in a single step with a maximum application speed of 50m/min.

X-TREME Pro e-commerce software allows you to save parameters for up to 100 different jobs. It is operated exclusively by electric current with no need for compressed air.

This “standard” X-TREME machine version requires installation and training by our specialised personnel.

APLIKATORY X-TREME PRO e-commerce

XT-PRO e-commerce can be mounted with different head types from 30mm to a maximum of 100mm, offering for some of these the option of using from 1 to 3 different tape types on a single head to meet even the most complex application needs.

Our standard machines already offer a wide range of applications for flat and thin formats commonly used in the paper industry: posters, envelopes, pocket folders, packaging, etc., but also in any sector requiring single or double-sided adhesive tape on different flat surfaces up to a maximum thickness of 10mm or 15mm.
