X-TREME LIGHT 1000
Compact, practical and easy-to-use. Ideal for companies working in the graphic arts and printing sector, when the application of single and double-sided adhesive tape is required on flat surfaces with a maximum width of 1000mm, including posters, flyers, envelopes, boxes, pendulums or wobblers, die-cut boxes or sheets with material up to 10mm thick, such as paper, cardboard, plastic material, metals and glass.

ENIMAC’s freestanding application machines can be used in a variety of applications, wherever we expect increased productivity in production with self-adhesive tapes. Common applications include the extensive wrapping of materials in Printing and Advertising or in the production of POS materials.

X-treme Light 1000 lets you install up to 4 applicators of your choice (25mm, 50mm or 100mm), which are individually controlled on a touchscreen to allow for greater flexibility in each process. The maximum application speed is 50m/min.
Using our patented system, X-treme Light 1000 is 100% electrically powered with no need for compressed air, which means better performance, quality and ease of use. Our “standard” X-Treme series machines do not require installation or training by our specialised personnel.

XT LIGHT APPLICATORS
X-TREME Light 1000 offers customers a choice of applicator sizes from 25mm, 50mm and 100mm depending on application type. Different tape types/sizes can be mounted on each applicator.
APPLICATION TEMPLATES
Our standard machines already offer a wide range of applications for flat and thin formats commonly used in the paper industry: posters, envelopes, pocket folders, packaging, etc., but also in any sector requiring single or double-sided adhesive tape on different flat surfaces up to a maximum thickness of 10 or 15mm.
