Descriptions
Duotec® (SERF) — wysoka niezawodność rozłącznego mocowania
A self-engaging reclosable fastener (SERF) designed to resist unintentional opening, with very strong holding power and a defined force to unlock—serviceable by skilled personnel. Available in clip, profile, and self-adhesive versions; standard colours include Duotec® 50 black and Duotec® 42 white.
Best for: headliners, interior panels, service areas where controlled re-opening is required.

Mididuotec® — moderate fixation, low engagement space
Designed for moderate fixation with reduced effort to close/open, suitable when millimetre-scale engagement space is limited; can also be used for occasional skin contact due to reduced abrasion.
Best for: trim and interior applications that need “consumer-friendly” handling.

Pressotex® — woven mushroom fastener, high strength
A woven mushroom fastener with high tensile/peel/shear strength, available self-adhesive, as geometric shapes, on profiles, and for back-to-back laminations. Works especially well with Velour to reduce fastening thickness while keeping usable opening/closing cycles.

Velour — thin, lightweight, high cycle performance
Low thickness and weight (supporting sustainable solutions), available as broadcloth for efficient production; skin-friendly and supports a high number of opening/closing cycles.

Binder SoloHook® — floor mat fastening without counterpart
A durable, safety-focused floor mat fastener that requires no counterpart on the floor assembly, designed to be weight-saving, gentle on the floor material, and made from one material (polyester) to support recycling; easy repositioning for cleaning.

Quick & easy fastener — back-to-back concepts + advanced options
Tailor-made back-to-back solutions with Microplast® and Velour, available either for very high fastening strength or ultra-thin fastening height. Options include sensor integration and a flame-retardant version; compliant with RoHS requirements for electronic components.
Flame-retardant options across constructions
Many product constructions (with/without adhesive, clip/profile variants, etc.) are flame-retardant and meet requirements such as FMVSS 302, BMW N 601 21.0, DBL 5307.10, TL 1010, Volvo VCS 5031,19, plus delivery specs like BMW TL 7 057 010.6 and DBL 5917.
Lightweight & mono-component paths
Weight-optimised and mono-component fastening alternatives can reduce material use—supporting weight reduction and sustainability (incl. EV efficiency).
Safety + stability in hidden joints
Fasteners designed to keep critical interior components in place across key vehicle zones—from headliner to mats.
Confidence through testing
Binder runs in-house laboratory tests to ensure fastening solutions meet high requirements.
