At EKO-TECH we build trust through quality—and we defend that trust by protecting our trademarks and taking firm action against misuse and counterfeit goods. We also act as an authorized, licensed partner in the European Union for selected YAESU brands, helping to prevent unlawful use and misleading look-alikes that can harm customers and the market.

Our trademarks (EKO-TECH)

The following marks identify EKO-TECH products or the company. They must not be used by third parties without prior written permission.

EKO-TECH® – Official company logo identifying genuine communications, products, and services.

EkoTear™ – Tear tapes and opening-aid solutions for packaging applications.

™ indicates an EKO-TECH trademark; ® indicates a registered EKO-TECH trademark in one or more jurisdictions. Registration and scope may vary by country.

Licensed trademarks we protect in Europe (YAESU)

EKO-TECH is an authorized legal partner and licensee within the EU for the following YAESU brands used on genuine electronic tape dispensers and accessories:

These brands are owned by Yaesu Keikogyo Ltd. (Japan) and used by EKO-TECH under license in the EU. We monitor and act against any unauthorized use, misleading references, or counterfeit products.

Proper trademark use

Do:

use the correct mark on first mention (e.g., EkoTear™, ZCUT®) with a generic descriptor; follow approved artwork; include ownership notices.

Don’t:

alter the marks, imply affiliation or licensing, use them in domains/handles, or pluralize/verb them.
