Behind every roll of tape, every die-cut and every finished solution stands a team of people who enjoy technical challenges and working with customers. At EKO-TECH we combine engineering experience, knowledge of production processes and an understanding of the realities of manufacturing, logistics and purchasing.
From the very first contact through to the delivery of the finished solution, you always have a dedicated contact person on the other side – not an anonymous hotline. We work as a team: technical advisors, die-cut designers, technologists, machine operators, logistics and administration. This allows us to react quickly, suggest meaningful alternatives and develop new solutions for your production.

Technical consulting and sales – your first partners in the project

These are the people you are in contact with every day. They help you select the right tape, foam or die-cut parts for a specific application, organise tests in your production and coordinate all arrangements. They know the requirements of the automotive, rail, HVAC, electronics, construction and logistics industries, so we talk about processes – not just about the price per roll.
Our advisory team:

  • analyses your applications and the operating conditions of the material,
  • proposes options and organises tests,

  • ensures that orders and deliveries are aligned with the rhythm of your production,

  • supports you on site as well – during visits to your plant.

Technical department and R&D – where solutions are created

Our technical department and die-cut designers are responsible for turning ideas into real, repeatable solutions. They select materials, design the shape of the die-cuts, define tolerances and production parameters, and support customers when implementing new solutions on production lines.

  • preparation of prototypes and trial series,

  • selection of foams, films, tapes, gaskets and thermal/acoustic materials,

  • optimisation of die-cut design with regard to assembly and cost,.

  • implementation support – from the first test to full-scale production

Our goal is for the solution to work not only in the lab, but above all on your production line.

Production and logistics – responsible for timing and consistency

At EKO-TECH we invest in a modern machinery park and in developing the skills of our operators. Our production team ensures the quality and repeatability of every roll of tape and every die-cut part. Logistics makes sure that the finished product reaches you on time – safely packed, often using our own packaging solutions.

  • slitting in longitudinal and cross direction,

  • die-cutting (die & kiss cut),

  • cross-winding of specialist tapes,

  • preparation of dedicated packaging and labels,

  • planning deliveries according to agreed schedules.

The support you don’t see – administration, finance, purchasing, marketing and HR

Behind a smooth cooperation stand teams that are not always visible on the front line: administration, finance, purchasing, marketing and HR. They take care of on-time invoicing, availability of materials from trusted suppliers, communication about our services and the internal development of the whole organisation. Thanks to an efficient organisational backbone, our technical advisors and production team can focus on what matters most – our customers’ projects.

How does our team work with your project?

Conversation and application analysis

We start by understanding your process, materials and operating conditions (temperature, loads, environment).

Solution selection and prototype

The advisory and technical teams select materials and prepare samples or prototype die-cuts.

Testing and fine-tuning

Together we analyse the test results. If necessary, we adjust the design, format or delivery configuration.

Series production and ongoing support

We launch series production, and your contact person remains available – for design changes, audits or new applications.
