3M™ Scotch® 2228 is a premium-grade, self-fusing, rubber electrical tape engineered for exceptional moisture sealing and electrical insulation. Constructed with a durable EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) backing and coated with a temperature-stable, aggressive mastic adhesive, this tape is ideal for high-demand indoor and outdoor applications.

With a generous thickness of 1.65 mm, 3M™ Scotch® 2228 easily conforms to irregular shapes and surfaces. It is rated for low, medium, and high-voltage applications (up to 1000 V) and compliant with EU Directive 2011/65/EU (RoHS).
